Job description
DutiesHelpEstablishes performance standards and evaluates subordinate supervisors.Conducts meetings with subordinate supervisors and coordinates with union personnel to ensure the entire workforce conducts itself in harmony and with the objective of meeting the mission as its primary goal.Reviews standing operating procedures, special and general orders to ensure that they are current.Takes appropriate action to improve workflow, security, and services rendered.Develops and submits budget estimates essential to provide adequate support to conduct access control to the installation. Certifies time and attendance reports.
