Supervisory Transportation Program Specialist (Director Of The Office Of Grants Management And Guidance)As a Supervisory Transportation Program Specialist (Director of the Office of Grants Management and Guidance), you will:Managerially lead for two divisions and a team of approximately 15 staff.Manage and oversee FTA's electronic grants management system.Manage and implement FTA's grants guidance dissemination and training.Manage FTA's formula apportionment calculations and other grant data reporting and analysis.The ideal candidate possesses a full understanding of the grant lifecycle, a robust understanding of federal transportation related grant rules and regulations, and a deep understanding of compliance risk mitigation practices.
