The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring appropriate documentation of requests through the cycle of identification to completion.Minimum Qualifications:Degree: Associate's Preferred; High School Diploma or GED requiredWork Experience: One (1) Year DispatchingCommunication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Writing Correspondence, Writing/ReportsBilingual Skills: Spanish preferredProficiencies: MS Outlook, PCJob Attributes Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Able to walk long distancesAble to push/carry items small to largeUnderstand the importance of timely responsesWork Schedule: Flexible, Holidays, OvertimeEquipment Operated: Radios, iPads, Pagers
