Supplier Documentation CoordinatorBlackRock Resources is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support supplier documentation and compliance efforts for a leading food manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring documentation accuracy in a fast-paced environment.What You'll DoRequest updated supplier documentation for raw materials and ingredientsFollow up with vendors to obtain missing, expired, or incomplete documentationReview documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirementsMaintain and organize supplier documentation databases and recordsUpload and categorize documents using established filing and metadata standardsTrack outstanding requests and ensure timely resolutionGenerate supplier communications and documentation requests as neededEscalate unresolved vendor requests to procurement teams within established timelinesCollaborate with Quality, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to support compliance initiativesWhat We're Looking ForStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePointFlexible and adaptable in a changing business environmentExperience building positive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience in quality, compliance, food safety, or supplier documentationBackground in food manufacturing, food ingredients, or regulated industriesFamiliarity with supplier quality documentation and compliance processesWhy Consider This Opportunity?Gain experience with supplier quality and compliance processesWork with cross-functional teams across Quality and ProcurementOpportunity to make an immediate impact in a highly visible support roleCollaborative and professional work environmentFor immediate consideration, please send your resume to
