Overview of responsibility for the role:Allocation of orders in SAP daily (domestics and exports)Check quality of slurry batchesPost Goods Issues ( PGI ) in SAPWork with Quality carrier for transportation of slurry productsWork with CSR planners to ensure we have products to meet customer needsWork with operators responsible for slurry shipping tasksProvide reports from SAP and BW (Slurry Inventory Report, SW heels Report, Open order report, Monthly report)Slurry Heel DatabaseReconcile SAP vs Slurry tanksShipping and returning empty railcars (shop, storage)Work with CSX transportation (shipping and tracking of railcars)Customer returnsFilingSlurry Operators shipping line upRailroad pull sheetUnloading railcars in SAPCreating STO’sPost Goods Receipts (PGR) in SAPBarcodes for Sherwin WilliamsKeeping tracks of loaded railcarsReconcile railcars VS Rail Report and SAPSap cleanup from terminalsConsignment inventory reconcileTroubleshooting SAPQUALIFICATIONS:Experience:2 years of experience preferably in the areas of slurry, logistics or operation or some administrative function.Technical Knowledge:Knowledge in inventory and warehouse managementExperience in the SAP platform in the inventory and quality modules.Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO)Familiarity with production processes and the management of finished and semi-finished products.Knowledge in the management of blocked, slow-moving material not available for sale.Management of data analysis and reporting tools.Knowledge of internal control standards and SOX.Skills:Analytical ability to identify and resolve inventory issues.Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration.Good organizational and communication skills.Ability to coordinate with different departments and handle multiple tasks.Proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following:Proficiency in or demonstrate ability to learn SAPProficiency in or demonstrate ability to learn Exel spreadsheetsProficiency in or demonstrate ability to learn AccessProficiency in or demonstrate ability to learn CSX, QTSIn our pursuit to be the greatest place to work, we know that a critical element to enhancing our employee experience is to assure we’re operating with a solid foundation of trust.
