Job description
Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: Plano, TX
Pay Rate: $36.20/hr.
Schedule: Fully on-site, Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours may vary)

Top Skills
Bachelor's degree in business management or supply chain management
1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
Position Description
Responsibilities
Manage weekly CPFR process with key accounts
Build and communicate the weekly forecast for both Sell In and Sellout units
Ensure Order Management accuracy in the ERP system (SAP)
Identify potential gaps in demand/supply forecast and resolve deltas
Drive weekly internal recaps for Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
Daily involvement in managing S&OP escalations
Manage and measure supply chain processes including channel risk and shipping performance
Must be comfortable presenting to and promoting consensus-building internally and externally
Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Additional Job Description:
Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Works on problems of limited scope. Follows standard practices and procedures
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
Requirements
The ability to see and clearly communicate the revenue game plan across all functions.
An innate ability to commit to short-term results while forecasting future revenue, and able to be held accountable for both short-term success and longer-term strategy.
Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Results-oriented; capable of significantly increasing business unit performance, as well as formulating and implementing strategic business decisions.
The ability to listen to the customer and articulate the customer's needs internally.
Minimum Qualifications
Up to 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
Required: Bachelor's degree in business management or supply chain management
