Supply Chain And Operations ManagerA global manufacturing company specializing in precision components is seeking a strategic leader to oversee supply chain, logistics, and operational efficiency for a high-precision component product line. Position is open immediately. Located in Georgia, USA. Due to expansion and increasing demand in North American markets. Industrial manufacturing facility with a focus on engineering and lean operations.
Salary:
$110,000–$125,000 base + 10%–15% performance bonus; total compensation target of $125,000–$145,000.The Supply Chain and Operations Manager will lead end-to-end operations including procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logistics to ensure seamless manufacturing and on-time delivery of precision components.Lead and improve supply chain processes from sourcing to delivery. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to align demand planning and production schedules. Implement and monitor KPIs to ensure operational efficiency and quality. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effective sourcing. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or supply chain leadership. Experience in a component-based or precision manufacturing environment preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency with ERP systems and lean principles.
