Job description
Corning is seeking a Supply Chain Change Management Manager within the Global Supply Management function to lead end-to-end change initiatives for strategic programs. You will partner with project managers across IT and supply chain, embedding change activities into releases and driving adoption across sites.
The role requires 5+ years of change management experience, proficiency with ADKAR/Kotter, and a track record of coaching executives to champion change.
