You will work closely with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Process Owners (POs), business stakeholders, and technology teams to document requirements, assess current-state processes, and map business needs to existing and future system capabilities. This is a long-term contract engagement (1 year+, with extension possible).

What You'll Do

Ensure process requirements are clearly aligned with business objectives and transformation goals.

Act as a trusted advisor to GPOs and business leadership; facilitate consensus across business and technology teams.

Present findings, recommendations, and process improvement proposals to leadership stakeholders.

Support governance, decision-making, and change management activities throughout the transformation program.

Perform data and target mapping activities as part of enterprise ERP implementation workstreams.

Write and analyze SQL queries to support data analysis and validation tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with order management and order entry processes.

Experience documenting requirements for large-scale ERP or business transformation initiatives.

Experience working directly with Global Process Owners, Business Process Owners, and executive-level stakeholders.

Proficiency creating process maps, user stories, BRDs, functional specifications, and gap assessments.

Experience with at least one enterprise ERP platform (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, or equivalent).

Proficiency writing and analyzing SQL queries.

Experience with target/data mapping in the context of ERP implementations.

Nice to Have:

Experience conducting requirements-gathering workshops and eliciting requirements from diverse business stakeholders.
