STS Technical Services seeks a Supply Chain Group Leader to drive daily operations in Tonawanda, New York. This hands-on leadership role focuses on team development, lean manufacturing, and adherence to Global Manufacturing Systems processes within a unionized environment.
You will work closely with hourly team members, management, and union leadership to maintain safe, productive, and high-quality operations while meeting production goals and cost targets.
