The Operations Program Manager is a highly strategic individual contributor who serves as a trusted operational partner to the Chief of Staff for the Supply Chain Management organization. This senior-level role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple business functions, ensuring execution against organizational priorities, improving business processes, and providing visibility into critical operational metrics.

This role partners closely with executives, Finance, Human Resources, Global Supply Chain, and cross-functional business leaders to improve operational performance, drive accountability, and enable informed executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Strategic Execution
* Serve as a strategic operational partner to the Chief of Staff in executing organizational priorities and key business initiatives.
* Lead complex cross-functional programs that improve operational efficiency, business processes, and organizational effectiveness.
* Develop executive-level presentations and communications for leadership reviews.
* Drive operational cadence activities including organizational planning, and executive reporting.
Financial Operations
* Partner with Finance and Global Operations to monitor and improve Accounts Receivable performance across external manufacturing partners.
