Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager will lead purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationships within a growing industrial manufacturing environment.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring materials and products move through the business efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time. You'll lead purchasing operations, manage domestic and international logistics, drive supplier performance, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day supply chain, purchasing, inventory, and logistics operations.
Oversee domestic and international shipping, import/export activities, freight providers, and customs partners.
Negotiate with suppliers and logistics providers to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability to support production and customer requirements.
Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive process improvements across purchasing, logistics, inventory management, and ERP systems.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while delivering measurable cost savings.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing.
Experience with domestic and international freight, import/export processes, and supplier management.
Strong negotiation, inventory management, and ERP system experience.
Proven ability to drive cost reductions and operational improvements.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
