Job description
Walmart is seeking a Supply Chain Academy Coordinator to support learning programs that build skills across our retail supply chain network. In this role, you will coordinate training schedules, manage learning materials, track participation and completion, and support instructors delivering classroom, virtual, and on‑the‑job training. You will partner with supply chain leaders to identify development needs, maintain learning systems and reports, and ensure smooth logistics for sessions. You’ll help improve content based on feedback and metrics, supporting a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence across our distribution and fulfillment operations.
