Supply CoordinatorC.H. Robinson is looking for a Supply Coordinator who thrives on building strong grower and supplier partnerships while keeping the supply chain moving efficiently. In this role, you will collaborate daily with suppliers and sales teams, share key market insights, and help match the right products to the right customers. You will play a critical role in pricing, supply planning, and delivering an exceptional customer experience across a dedicated fruit or vegetable category. If you enjoy relationship building, analyzing market trends, and making an impact in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following:Communicates with suppliers daily to understand quality, yields, pricing, and productionProactively shares commodity and market information to commercial team, enabling confident sales and growthSupports transactional, promotional, and contract pricing recommendationsMaintains grower/supplier relationships and continually assist in ways to improve their performance using dataUnderstands the customer base, to include product specifications and order patternsAligns the right supply to the right customers, and communicate packing instructions to suppliersOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsQualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2 years of experience in fresh produce, customer service, supply chain, logistics, operations, or a related field, with experience supporting customer or supplier relationshipsAbility to travel up to 5% (domestically and internationally)Preferred:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityProficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentStrong team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentExcellent relationship building skills with customers, growers, and internal teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAble to negotiate effectively with suppliersGreat attitude, with a desire to contribute, learn, and grow professionallyStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to make data-driven decisionsAbility to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, sometimes out of normal business hoursAttention to detail with high standards for work; a customer service mindsetValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentCompensation Range$25.47 - $54.86The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
