Together, we prioritize a strong work ethic in a positive, supportive environment where people are passionate about making a difference.The Supply Planning Analyst owns the day-to-day execution of purchasing processes, open order management, supplier relationships and inventory management across in-line and NPL business.This role ensures accurate and timely execution of purchase orders, tracking, and Netsuite transactions and serves as the first-line escalation point for supplier and operational issues.What You Will Be Doing:Planning & ExecutionOversee purchasing execution for in-line business and NPLs, ensuring all POs are issued and tracked on scheduleResolve production delays and execute expediting options when necessaryManage execution of FG, component and WIP supply plans (MRP) in NetSuite supporting the business's supply strategyCreate and execute planned orders and review regularly with suppliersAssist with execution of S&OP planning strategiesMonitor production timing for NPLs and flag risks proactivelySupplier & Vendor ManagementOwn day-to-day supplier relationship management across in-line and NPL suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for operational issuesDrive resolution for invoice and receipt discrepanciesSupport supplier scorecard data collection and KPI trackingEnsure accuracy of the Supply Chain Master / NetSuite Data including supplier data, sku transitions and BOM cleanup effortsIdentify and execute cost and leadtime reduction opportunitiesManage scrap rates and continuous with the suppliersInventory & OperationsManage inventory levels in support of promotions and in-line business, including oversight of item receipts into NetSuite for components shipping to Fill/Assembly suppliersOwn regular cadence of inventory reconciliation processes to ensure accurate inventory levels in Netsuite and drive resolutions for discrepanciesReview supplier open order reports weekly and proactively resolve for out of stock risksAssist in resolution of packaging quality issues (e.g., carton scuffing, defect escalations) in coordination with QA and suppliersLead weekly inventory risk reviews and provide comprehensive reports to the companyWhat Will Make You Stand Out:3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management, ideally in consumer products or beauty/cosmeticsHands-on proficiency with NetSuite for supply planning, purchasing, and inventory transactionsStrong working knowledge of BOM structures, MRP planning, and supplier open-order/PO managementExcellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to manage supplier relationships and represent supply chain to internal stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve operational issues independently, escalating judiciously$70,000 - $90,000 a yearThrive Causemetics is an Equal Opportunity Employer. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
