Support AnalystThe Support Analyst is responsible for delivering procedural support to all clients through telephone, email, chat, and client portal correspondence. The scope of this job centers around timely resolution of escalated client issues involving a variety WellSky solutions, including clinical, billing, training, and technical troubleshooting.This opening is with our Bonafide DME Support team. If the details below sound like you, we invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare!Key Responsibilities:Support user-facing applications in a fast-paced environment.Provide superior client service and ensure outstanding quality resolutions.Troubleshoot and document solution operations.Complete thorough documentation of issues.Ensure the required response and resolution times are met.Collaborate with and support other team members.Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 0-2 years relevant work experiencePreferred Qualifications:Experience with Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing, workflows, or related healthcare operations.SQL training, coursework, or practical experience.Job Expectations:Willing to work additional or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of timeWellSky is where independent thinking and collaboration come together to create an authentic culture.
