Support Service SpecialistAddison Group is partnering with a well-established interior design organization seeking a Support Service Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys supporting internal teams, coordinating service needs, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations within a design-focused environment.The Support Service Specialist will provide operational and administrative support to the organization, helping coordinate service requests, maintain accurate information, communicate with internal and external contacts, and ensure projects and service needs are handled efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional setting.Key responsibilities include:Coordinate and respond to service-related requests from internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.Provide administrative and operational assistance to support ongoing projects and business activities.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and service information.Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to help resolve questions or service needs.Monitor requests and follow up to ensure tasks are completed within expected timelines.Assist with scheduling, coordination, and tracking of service activities.Identify issues or delays and communicate them to the appropriate team members.Support process improvements designed to increase efficiency and service quality.Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation as needed.Handle multiple assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.Qualifications include:2+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, operations, coordination, or a related role.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize multiple requests and deadlines effectively.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.Comfortable working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.Previous experience within interior design, architecture, construction, or a professional services environment is a plus.Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
