Support Services SecretaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Support Services Secretary to be an essential part of our dynamic team. If you are a detail-oriented individual with strong secretarial skills and a passion for supporting essential administrative functions. Under general supervision of the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, performs moderately complex and responsible record keeping, and/or audit of departmental budgetary/fiscal/controlling functions; assist in the processing and monitoring of Rescue Union School District's funds and financial transactions. This Support Services Secretary / Account Technician role offers an ideal schedule of 8 hours/day, Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with a 30 minute unpaid break, 240/ 260 days per year. This includes earned holiday pay, vacation, and sick leave accrual.
