Our greatest reward is hearing from our team about how our restaurants have touched their lives, and how they love to come to work.Support Staff Requirements and Responsibilities:Answers the telephoneRuns a wait listGreets guests and seats guestsRetrieves and cleans the menusKeeps entryway and hostess stand neat and cleanManages the wait list efficiently and effectivelyCleans and resets tablesCleans floorsPre-busses tablesHelps servers with service procedureStocks server stations/service stands and barDeliver entree's, appetizers and salads to the tableEnsure that all plates leaving the kitchen are clean and completeAssist where necessaryCoordinates timing and completion of food ordersCompletes final quality check on all platesCoordinates servers and food runners to run foodCan lift 50lbs, can stand and walk throughout the shift.
