Founded on the principles of respect, trust, and value, we serve a wide range of customers – domestic and foreign – by supplying them with high-quality automotive headlamps, tail lamps, fog lamps.Basic ResponsibilitiesResponsible for running the surface mount technology line and loading componentsKeep a clean and well organized work areaComplete production related documentsMake changes to machinery to accommodate different productsVisually inspect boards to ensure qualitySafely perform cleaning, changeover, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on surface mount equipmentRequired QualificationsTwo (2) years in automotive electronics manufacturingPCB manufacturing experienceUnderstanding of basic electronics and PCB assembliesAbility to learn and operate technical equipment independentlyMust be available for weekend and daily overtimeInternal candidates are required to have under 3.00 attendance points.Optional/Preferred SkillsFive (5) years of automotive electronics manufacturing with experience in surface mount technologiesExcellent problem solving and organization skillsAbility to troubleshoot and performs repairs on SMT equipment independentlyGood communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detailUnderstanding of advanced electronicsAbility to troubleshoot PCB assemblies to component levelEducation RequiredHigh School Diploma and Technical, mechanical or electronics trainingPhysical Requirements and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
