Enjoy using your creativity to problem-solve repairs that typically take less than an hour.We Offer:Paid holidays and accruable vacationCan accommodate midweek appointments given advanced noticeOnboarding includes learning alongside a trained technicianEach technician drives a branded company vehicle for job dutiesAll necessary tools and products are providedDevelop skills in a brand-new emerging tradeTeam celebrates achievements and collaborates in their approach to problem-solvingLocal business with an owner who works alongside the team each dayOngoing repair training and career developmentTechnician Support Team on call to assist with questionsDuties:On the jobsite for 4+ customers per dayOn-site Work Orders, customer service, and follow-upsWorking for various customers in different industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Builders, etc.Customer Service and Communication:Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staffTrack work progress and notes in our CRM/Dispatch toolCommunicate with the support team with questions whenever neededFollow Repair Process:Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair processEmploy each tool in your custom tool-kitProblem-solve repairs with creativityWe are looking for someone who has some experience in either woodworking, fiberglass, or stone repairs, You will use your knowledge to repair internal building surfaces, such as countertops, floors, tubs, and appliances.Qualifications:Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus but is not required.An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.Compensation: $20.00 per hour
