Job description
Bay Pines VA Healthcare System seeks a highly qualified Fee Basis Surgeon on Duty to support inpatient care across surgical services. The SOD provides cross-disciplinary oversight, urgent consults, and bedside procedures. The role ensures continuous, high-quality, timely surgical care for Veterans.
Requirements include MD/DO, unrestricted US license, completed residency, and VA-appropriate board eligibility. Proficiency in English is required; prior VA experience is preferred.
