Cardiothoracic Surgeon
East Coast
Position Highlights
Growing Cardiothoracic Program: Join an established and expanding cardiac surgery program with plans to add an additional surgeon.
Clinical Autonomy : Enjoy a high degree of independence while working alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.
Broad Surgical Scope: Manage a diverse cardiac and thoracic case mix, including CABG, valve surgery, aortic procedures, and thoracic surgery.
Balanced Practice: Maintain a balanced mix of clinic and operating room responsibilities.
Supportive Call Structure: Participate in a 1:3 call schedule with APP support and physician escalation when clinically necessary.
Established Referral Base: Benefit from a strong referral network and growing cardiovascular service line.

Qualifications
Degree: MD or DO.
Certifications: Fellowship-trained in Cardiothoracic Surgery; Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Licensure: Eligible for medical licensure in the state.
Skillset: Broad cardiac and thoracic surgical experience with comfort managing a diverse operative case mix.
Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship available.
