Cardiothoracic / Cardiovascular Surgery Opportunity
Southern Arizona Private Practice Partnership Track 1:3 Call High-Volume Program
A well-established private surgical practice in Southern Arizona is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgeon to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon looking for a high-volume practice, broad operative scope, partnership potential, and a collaborative environment serving a diverse patient population.
Position Highlights Full-time Cardiothoracic/Cardiovascular Surgery opportunity
Full-spectrum cardiac and thoracic surgery
Hybrid practice with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care
1:3 shared call schedule
High-volume service line with an established referral base
Strong surgical infrastructure

Clinical Scope
The incoming surgeon will have the opportunity to maintain a broad operative practice with involvement in both cardiac and thoracic casework .
The practice is looking for a physician who brings:
