Job description
WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to oversee daily operations for a busy ambulatory surgery center. In this role, you will manage clinical schedules, coordinate staffing, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and support physicians and surgical teams to deliver excellent patient care. You will monitor budgets, vendor contracts, and inventory, while driving workflow efficiency and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare operations experience, knowledge of ASC regulations, and a collaborative leadership style aligned with our service-focused culture.
