Job description
Campbell Clinic is seeking a Surgery Center Clinical Director to lead daily clinical operations across two Germantown facilities. You will manage staffing, budgets, policy implementation, and interdepartmental collaboration to improve patient outcomes and ensure compliance with safety and accreditation standards.
The role requires a RN license (TN or multi-state), BSN, 7–10 years peri-operative nursing experience, and 5+ years in management.
