Job description
SoCal Pet Hospital in Murrieta, CA is seeking an experienced Veterinarian to join as Medical Lead. This is a leadership role for a doctor who loves surgery, canine and feline medicine, and mentoring other veterinarians while shaping the hospital's medical culture.
You'll mentor associates, partner with the Practice Manager, drive patient care quality, growth, and collaboration, and lead a team through complex cases, with a strong emphasis on teaching and professional development.
