What You'll Do
Provide quality surgical or general nursing care in a fast-paced hospital environment
Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care during scheduled weekend shifts
Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate patient records
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
Monitor patient conditions and respond to emergent needs effectively
Support patient comfort and safety throughout procedures and recovery
What You Need
Valid Indiana RN license or eligibility to obtain one
Minimum of 1 year of surgical or general nursing experience
Ability to work weekend night shifts consistently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of hospital safety and infection control protocols
