Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (negotiable based on experience)

What You ll Do
Provide advanced clinical care for cardiothoracic surgical patients
Assist in cardiac surgeries, including performing endoscopic vein harvesting and first assisting
Manage ICU and surgical patient care, including rounding and evaluations
Participate in outpatient clinics and operating room coverage
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, physicians, and healthcare professionals
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
Develop and implement treatment plans and follow-up
Prescribe medications and bedside procedures as needed
Maintain detailed, high-quality documentation of all patient care
Demonstrate clinical judgment and work independently under physician oversight
Stay current with continuing education and organizational policies
Thrive in a dynamic, high-stress clinical environment with flexibility and teamwork
What You Need
Colorado Nurse Practitioner license
Minimum of 2 years of cardiothoracic or cardiovascular surgical experience
Strong clinical skills in ICU patient management
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt and perform under pressure
