Locums - Lebanon, Pennsylvania, NP/PA Cardiothoracic Surgery Opening
Coverage Dates:
October 23 at 5:00 p.m.-October 26 at 7:00 a.m. October 30 at 5:00 p.m.-November 2 at 7:00 a.m. Coverage & Setting:
Hospital-based Cardiothoracic Surgery coverage 163-bed hospital Adult patients, ages 18+ 3 weekends of coverage needed per month Surgeon available for backup following consultation Schedule & Call Requirements:
Weekend coverage: Friday at 5:00 p.m.-Monday at 7:00 a.m. 24-hour call coverage Average callback/rounding workload: Approximately 4 hours per day Clinical Scope & Procedures:
Vein harvesting Coverage includes urgent surgical cases Patients may transition directly from the cath lab to surgery when urgent intervention is required Stable patients may be managed until definitive treatment on Monday Postoperative care includes patients transitioning from ICU through discharge home Support & Systems:
APP support EMR: Epic Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days Temporary privileges may be available with a clean file Requirements:
Board Certification - Required Active Pennsylvania license - Required DEA - Required Minimum 3 years of experience - Required Acute Care Certificate not required What is great about Lebanon, Pennsylvania:
