Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with a Master's degree in Nursing - REQUIRED
Nurse Practitioner Certification by ANCC or AANPCB - REQUIRED
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED
Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the State of Colorado - REQUIRED
Must be eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid provider status - REQUIRED
Clean malpractice/license history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
Must have no sanctions/exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA - REQUIRED
Must hold BLS (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED
Experience: 2 years of trauma surgery preferred OR completion of surgical fellowship - REQUIRED
Nurse Practitioner Certification by ANCC or AANPCB
Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA or American Red Cross
Unrestricted Physician Assistant license - State of Colorado

Annual salary ranging from $136,822 to $179,379 based on experience
