Licensure/Certifications: MO license, BLS required, RNFA preferred
Experience: Minimum 2 years of independent adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience

What You ll DoAssist in adult cardiothoracic surgeries including CABG, valve repairs, aortic surgeries, and complex procedures
Support cardiac surgeries as OR first assist on a variety of complex cases
Participate in emergent and scheduled surgeries such as sternotomies and dissections
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a high-volume academic hospital setting
Utilize the Epic EMR system to document care and procedures
Provide post-operative support following extensive cardiac interventions
What You NeedRequired: Missouri licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of adult cardiac surgery OR first assist experience
Preferred: RNFA certification
About the Assignment
