Opportunity:
Physician Assistant - Surgery
Job Details:
Join a Thoracic Surgery team covering FMLA leave beginning late July
First assist in the OR for thoracic (non-cardiac) surgical cases
See and manage office patients as part of the clinical team
Provide inpatient care including rounding, admissions, and discharges
Must have Thoracic (non-cardiac) and Robotic surgical experience
Majority of cases are minimally invasive, including foregut and lung surgery
Schedule is 3-4 days per week with 10-hour shifts
Coverage across multiple hospital facilities in the Hartford Healthcare network
Flu vaccination required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
