Compensation: $186 per hourly
Specialty: Vascular Surgery APP Start Date: June 1 Contract Length: ongoing Shift Details: Wednesday 10 hours Schedule: every other week Work Details: Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: every other week, just Wednesday Patient Population/Age: 18+ Patients per day: 15, 2 consults per day Department Description: clinic and hospital rounds/consults, clinic is inside hospital, no trauma EMR: EPIC Hospital Bed size: 150 beds Special Procedures: bypass amputations Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: Board Certification: BC or BE in Vascular Surgery License Required: PA DEA: yes Minimum Experience Required: 1 year of vascular (if no surgical experience that is ok) Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
