General Surgery NP/PA Opening in NV Located in Mesquite, Nevada - Las Vegas 80mAbout the Position A busy and established surgical practice is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its General Surgery team. This employed position combines clinic-based patient care with surgical assisting and offers the opportunity to work with both general surgery and vascular patients.Position Highlights -Full-time employed position-Busy, successful surgical practice-Combination of surgical assist and clinic days-Provide outpatient care for surgical patients-Assist with General Surgery cases-Cases may include endoscopy and colonoscopy-Opportunity to support Vascular Surgery-Supportive administration and clinical environment-Open to experienced APPs and new graduatesCompensation & Benefits -Guaranteed base salary-Productivity and incentive compensation-Commencement bonus-Relocation package-CME expense coverage-Potential medical education debt assistance-Comprehensive employee benefits packageCommunity Mesquite is located in southeastern Nevada near the Arizona and Utah borders, offering convenient access to both Las Vegas and St. George.-Access to year-round outdoor recreation-Desert and mountain scenery-Convenient access to St. George and Las Vegas-Smaller community setting with access to larger metropolitan areasQualifications -Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-Interest in General Surgery and surgical patient care-Comfortable working in both clinic and surgical settings-New graduates and experienced APPs encouraged to apply-No visa assistance available
