Job description
Join our team at a leading hospital, where you will play a crucial role in assisting surgical procedures, focusing on pre and post-cardiac surgery. You will work collaboratively in the ICU, managing patients post-ventilation and post-operative care for those coming out of the OR after cardiac, VATS, and lung procedures. This is a short-term locum tenens opportunity, available immediately for two days of coverage.

Job Responsibilities Round in ICU managing surgical patients with a focus on cardiac cases.
Participate in pre and post-operative care for cardiac, VATS, and lung surgeries.
Handle patients coming off mechanical ventilation in collaboration with the medical team.
Qualifications Must be board certified.
Experience in OR with vein harvesting strongly preferred.
Required certifications: ACLS and BLS.
Working Hours 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills Proficiency in surgical care and ICU management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills within a high-pressure environment.
Ability to efficiently manage a caseload of 10-15 patients daily.
