Practice Details
Be part of building an oral surgery practice in a rural community to improve patient access
Collaborate with area critical access dental providers
Access to the hospital OR
Limited OMS service in a high need area with a dental professional shortage
No call or trauma call
Resources/support from OMS physicians in the Sanford Fargo region
Compensation Package
Annual compensation of $650,000 if you complete required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE
In addition, a $150,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 3 years (this will
be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
