Perm - Physician - Surgery - Orthopedic in Brattleboro, VT

Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (as per job data)

What You ll Do

Diagnose and evaluate orthopedic conditions through physical exams and imaging studies

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including surgical and non-surgical approaches

Perform orthopedic surgical procedures such as joint replacements, fracture repairs, and arthroscopy

Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care to ensure safety and recovery

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including primary care and therapy providers

Participate in on-call coverage and manage emergency orthopedic cases

Maintain accurate medical records, documenting evaluations, treatments, and surgical outcomes

Stay current with advancements in orthopedic surgery and apply evidence-based practices

Engage in continuing medical education to enhance skills and knowledge

What You Need

Required:

Valid Vermont medical license or eligible

Proven experience in orthopedic surgery, including familiarity with latest techniques

Strong diagnostic and surgical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

Experience with joint replacements, arthroscopy, or trauma surgery

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
