Job description
We areseeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgery Physician for anongoing locum tenens opportunity in Dickinson, North Dakota. This positionoffers a mix of clinic, scheduled surgical cases, and call coverage in acollaborative practice.
PositionDetails Coverage: Ongoing
Schedule: Approximately 14 working days per month with 10 days of call
Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient Clinic, Surgery, and Call
Clinic: Evaluate and manage general surgery patients, including pre- and post-operative care
Average Daily Census: 15 patients
Average General Surgery Patients During 24-Hour Call: 0-5
Scheduled Surgeries: Monday-Friday
Emergency Surgery Call: 24/7 coverage as assigned

Endoscopy
Liver procedures
Stomach surgery
Gallbladder surgery (Cholecystectomy)
Appendectomy
Colon surgery
Laparoscopic procedures
Spleen surgery
Qualifications Board Certified in General Surgery or Board Eligible (within 3 years of U.S. residency completion)
Active North Dakota medical license
Current DEA registration
ATLS certification
PALS certification
