Opportunity:
Physician - Surgery - General
Job Details:
Provide general surgery services with approximately 5 patient encounters per shift
Perform adult general surgery procedures in a Level 3 trauma center setting
Perform trauma surgery as required
Perform laparoscopic surgery including appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty, and Nissen fundoplication
Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
Active Mississippi license or IMLC required to bid
ATLS and BLS certifications required
Estimated credentialing timeframe of approximately 3 days
Nearest airports include New Orleans, Jackson, and Gulfport
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
