Job description
Take the reins of a trusted, hospital-employed General Surgery practice as its longtime surgeon moves toward retirement. Rather than building from scratch, you'll step into a full schedule, an established referral base, & a planned transition w/ a mentor by your side. Details:
• Structured succession plan w/ side-by-side mentorship & a gradual patient handoff
• Busy from day one: loyal patient base & referral network built over many years
• Serve as the go-to surgeon for a large regional service area
• 4-day week: 2 clinic days & 2 dedicated OR days, w/ a weekday off every week
• Experienced, fully staffed OR team & dependable clinical & administrative support
• Input into your schedule & call structure

• Guaranteed salary or $450K + wRVUs, w/ $120K retention bonus
