What You ll DoProvide emergent neurosurgical services, including spinal and cranial procedures
Perform hospital-based surgeries and inpatient rounding
Manage 5-10 inpatients daily based on clinical needs
Be available for 24-hour call coverage, including weekends and holidays
Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient care
Collaborate with neurology and orthopedic teams
Attend to emergent cases and consults in a hospital setting
What You Need
Required:
Board Certified in Neurosurgery (NO BE candidates, please)
Active Michigan medical license or eligibility
Proven experience in cranial and spinal surgery
Ability to handle emergent neurosurgical cases
Preferred:
Prior experience in hospital-based neurosurgery
Strong collaboration and communication skills
