Job description
Aspirus Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient Neurosurgery clinic in Duluth, Minnesota.
This is a great opportunity to work closely with experienced surgeons in a highly supportive, team-focused environment while building specialized clinical skills.
OPPORTUNITY:
Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
No call responsibilities
Collaborative, cohesive, and collegial team environment with strong mentorship and support from neurosurgeons
New grads encouraged to apply!
Manage surgical follow-ups, non-surgical consultations, suture removal, and ongoing patient care management
Opportunity to perform injections (including Botox & trigger point)
Adult patient population
Neurosurgery or trauma experience is helpful but not required
Work within a comprehensive care team, including:Two Neurosurgeons
RN Navigator
Medical Assistant
Intake Assistant
Referral Specialist

$118,000 - $148,250/year . Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
