The facility features a 12-bed department with strong provider support and a collaborative team environment dedicated to delivering comprehensive neurosurgical services.
Opportunity:
Advanced Practice - Physician Assistant - Neurosurgery
Job Details:
Provide inpatient neurosurgery coverage working 4/10s per week (7:00am - 5:00pm shifts)
Occasional weekend beeper call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays, 12-hour days (7am - 7pm), with rounding in the AM followed by beeper call
Manage approximately 10 patient encounters per shift
Full-time coverage need starting as soon as privileged, with an anticipated start around October, ongoing likely through next Spring
Must hold an active Washington State license or active IMLC license
Board certification required
DEA required
ACLS and BLS certifications required
Credentialing timeframe approximately 30-60 days
Long-term housing assistance available with pre-approval required
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
