Job description
Neurosurgery Opportunity (Atlantic City, NJ area)
We are working with a Level II Trauma Center and Joint Commission Comprehensive Stroke Center (CSC) , to recruit a dually trained Neurosurgeon (Cerebrovascular + Endovascular) with the ability to also perform general neurosurgery (including spine) .
Position Overview:
Schedule: Monday FridayMinimum 2 outpatient clinic days/week
1:3 call rotation (cranial/vascular focus)
Practice Setting: Mix of inpatient + outpatient with strong APP support in both settings
Case Mix: Cerebrovascular, Endovascular, and General Neurosurgery (including spine)
Compensation:
Year 1: $600,000
Year 2: $650,000
Year 3: $700,000
wRVU incentive (percentage of base salary)
Additional compensation for extra call coverage
Relocation assistance provided
Academic & Growth Opportunities:
Appointment through Drexel University College of Medicine (based on qualifications)
Opportunities to teach medical students and participate in research initiatives

Based in Atlantic City, NJ
50 minutes from Philadelphia
Access to multiple regional sites for collaboration/coverage
Ideal Candidate:
Board Certified/Eligible Neurosurgeon
Dual fellowship training in Cerebrovascular + Endovascular
Comfortable with general neurosurgery and spine cases
Interested in a hybrid academic/community model
