Job description
Locums Neurological Surgery coverage in Ohio with 24 hour call responsibility while you are on service, supporting inpatient neurosurgery coverage for holiday and vacation gaps.

APP support plus ICU and hospitalist support available

Practice Setting
Inpatient neurosurgery coverage
Case sources include ED consults and ICU calls
After hours call may require coming in for surgical intervention
Neurosurgery team includes 2 neurosurgeons on staff, with APP support available
Schedule
As needed coverage
24 hour coverage while on service, on call 24 hours per day every day during your coverage period
Scheduled as 24 hour shifts, in house during the day, beeper after hours
Estimated start date is late December 2026

Craniotomy and craniectomy coverage
Spine interventions
ED and ICU call driven operative needs
Requirements
Must be an MD or DO
Board certified in Neurological Surgery
Ohio medical license required, will not wait for license
