This neurosurgery locum assignment offers a high-impact role with consistent call coverage, strong support staff, and competitive compensation - ideal for providers seeking a well-supported, procedural-focused opportunity.Assignment Details Location: Minot, North DakotaCoverage Dates:October 31 7 am - November 9 7 amDecember 18 7 am - December 28 7 amSchedule: 24/7 call coverage during assignmentSetting: Inpatient & Outpatient, Trauma Level II facilityPatient Volume: 12 - 15 patients per dayTeam Structure: 1.5 Neurosurgeons on staffSupport Staff: Office Assistant, RNEMR: CernerCompensation & Benefits Weekly direct deposit payTravel & lodging arrangedLicensing support availableReferral bonuses up to $1,000Dedicated recruiter & expedited credentialingWhat You'll Do Provide neurosurgical care in both inpatient and outpatient settingsManage 24-hour call responsibilitiesTreat cases including compression fractures, spinal infections, cervical spine issues, and subdural hematomasPerform procedures as discussed with Lead NeurosurgeonCollaborate with nursing staff and clinical team to ensure continuity of careRequirements Board Certified - American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS)Active or eligible state licensure (IMLC accepted with LOQ at submission)Willingness to discuss procedural expectations (cranial vs. spine mix)Clean NPDB preferredCredentialing timeframe: 30-90 days (temps available)Why You'll Love This LocationMinot offers a welcoming community with a lower cost of living and easy access to outdoor recreation.
