$1MM Base Salary + $250,000 Sign-on Bonus

Qualifications MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
Fellowship training in Spine Surgery preferred but not required
Eligible for or able to obtain Louisiana medical licensure
