Locums - Petoskey, Michigan, Neurosurgery Opening (IMLC Accepted)
Clinical Role
Hospital-based Neurosurgery coverageApproximately 14 days of call coverage needed per month24-hour call with daily inpatient rounding and admissionsApproximately 5-10 inpatients per dayEmergent Neurosurgery call and emergent surgical casesMust perform both spinal and cranial procedures Current Coverage Needs
October 2 at 8:00 am-October 6 at 8:00 amOctober 29 at 8:00 am-November 6 at 8:00 amOngoing coverage anticipated at approximately 14 days per month Practice Setting & Support
Imaging, laboratory, procedure rooms, and OR onsiteNeurosurgeon, Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, and Neurosurgery APP supportCerner EMR Requirements & Credentialing
Board Certified Neurosurgery required; Board Eligible not acceptedActive Michigan license required; IMLC candidates may be considered with a clean backgroundACLS requiredFellowship training requiredMinimum 2-3 years of post-fellowship experience requiredMust be proficient in both spinal and cranial procedures What's great about Petoskey, Michigan?
