Oral Surgery:

Need: Oral Surgeon, OMS (Will not consider General Dentist)

Procedures: Typically, Bread & Butter Oral Surgery Procedures. Practices are willing to do what they can to accommodate opportunities for full scope practice. Can get hospital time in the schedule

Scheduling: Prefer full-time (4-5 days each week), May consider 3 days for the right candidate

Average Daily Production: Client contact mentioned $15k is a good baseline for production in each practice

Partnership/Equity available

Compensation: $750k - $1.4m earning potential

6 sister locations in Connecticut - Mainly recruiting for West Haven and North Haven, CT

No requirements to work at multiple practices - can rotate through 1-2 additional if desired

Springfield, MO:

Stand alone practice - very minimal competition

Great Partner

Plans to retire in a few years, no set retirement date

Looking for someone who will come in and take over the practice
